WELCOME TO BONNIE DOON RABBITRY
ABOUT US
Bonnie Doon Rabbitry is a family owned and run Rabbitry located in Geelong, Australia. We have recently changed our name from EGM Mini Lops to Bonnie Boon Rabbitry in honor of the memory of our beloved Pug Bonnie that sadly left us suddenly. We wanted to keep her memory alive and loved, that's how we became Bonnie Doon Rabbitry.
We care for our Bunnies and treat them like members of our family. Our bunnies are handled from birth, loved and cared for to ensure their temperaments and personalities make them friendly so they adapt to be a perfect fit for your family or Rabbitry.
Bonnie Doon Rabbitry was established after we homed our first Mini Lop for my 5 year old daughter. We fell in love with this breed as they are affectionate and have individual personalities. After doing a lot of research and gaining guidance from other breeders we decided to expand and become Bonnie Doon Rabbitry.
We are a member of the NCRC (Northern Country Rabbit Club) which follows strict standards and quality of rabbits in breeding and rehoming. We home our babies from 10 weeks old, and they come flea, mite and tick treated along with being worming. Our lines include BEW’s (Blue eyes whites) , Sooty Fawns, Butterfly’s, Smokey Pearls and Orange.
We keep our Mini Lops socialized and active with a nutritious diet. With weather permitted we exercise our rabbits in pens and keep our cages hygienic and well maintained.
We offer a detailed care guide with how to care for your rabbit from 10 weeks olds into adult hood, to ensure you have a step by step guide as your Mini Lop matures. Your Mini Lop is health checked from birth and monitored. We look for only the best possible homes for our rabbit and we ensure to guide you as much as possible on your journey with your new family member.
We begin toilet training for your Mini lop from the moment they are born using a litter tray. We breed for our bunnies to be kept indoors as much as possible. Mini Lops adore affection and attention much like cats and dogs. They are loved and adored as inside pets as well as outdoors, you will find inspirational ideas and recommendations in our care guide that can be emailed to you on request.
Follow our journey on our social media pages for regular updates and progress in our rabbity.
